BeautywithPower.com does NOT support 7-day no-questions-asked return policy with the exception of product quality issue. Please contact customer service if you have received faulty or spoiled products.
I. Can I return unshipped goods for a refund?
- You can apply for a "Refund for Non-Delivery" if your order has not been delivered within 48 hours after payment has been made.
- If the order has not been shipped within 48 hours after payment has been made, you cannot request a "Refund for Non-Delivery" as the international order has been sent to a transiting warehouse. If you have any after-sales requests due to product quality issues, please contact us by our online customer service or email (hello@beautywithpower.com).
2. Can I choose to return or exchange clothing items due to sizing?
Exchanges due to sizing issues are supported except for lingeries and other products that do not allow any returns or exchanges. All return and exchange items must meet the following conditions:
- Returns and exchanges must be within 30 days from date of delivery.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging, with the original tag, undamaged and unused, without stains or odours
- Please contact us via online customer service or email (hello@beautywithpower.com) to obtain a return address before shipping. Please do not send back directly to the original delivery address.
- When you contact our customer service team to request a "Return/ Exchange", you will need to provide your order number and the reason for your return/exchange.
- Once your "Return/ Exchange" request has been approved, please arrange shipping for your returned items within 5 working days.
- All returns will be processed within 3 business days after receipt of the returned items.
3. Do customers have to bear the shipping costs when returning goods?
If the decision to return is because of wrong products, missing or damaged product, we will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
However, if the return is due to the customer's own reasons, the customer is required to pay the return shipping fee, for example:
- Not wanting or needing the product after placing the order
- Wrong order has been placed
- Personal information has been incorrectly filled in at the time of ordering
- Returns that are not due to quality issues
- When you return a product, please keep the proof of shipment. If you do not have proof of shipment, we may not be able to process your refund or replacement if the returned product is lost during the return process.
You are solely responsible for any products returned until the returned item is returned to our warehouse. Therefore, please ensure that you return the goods using the appropriate delivery service providers and that you take the appropriate insurance for the value of the goods.
If you are returning a product for an exchange, but the product is no longer in stock, we will refund the money to your payment account.
4. How long does it take for a refund to arrive?
Due to the different processing rules of different payment service providers, it may take 5-10 working days for the refund to appear in your payment account. Please contact your payment service provider for more information.
5. What do I do if I receive an incorrect product?
When considering a product for return or exchange, please provide the following information so that our customer service department can process it for you as soon as possible.
- Your order number
- The name of the incorrect product(s) and the reason
- A picture of the item(s)
6. What do I do if my item is damaged?
Although we make every effort to prevent damage to our products in transit, problems can occur. We sincerely apologise if you receive a damaged item.
If the packaging of the product delivered to your delivery address is badly damaged, we recommend that you simply reject it. However, if you find out that the product is damaged after you have signed for it, we recommend that you contact us immediately and provide:
- Your order number
- The name and quantity of the damaged item(s)
- A picture of the damaged product(s)
